Set in Barcelona, one of the world’s most influential football environments; this program is built around immersion. Players are exposed to the true speed, intensity, and tactical expectations that define systems like La Liga, not by observing, but by actively participating in them.
Built on the success of the 2025 European Training Camp in Rome, the experience goes beyond daily training. Players step out of their comfort zones to adapt to new coaching styles, integrate into unfamiliar teams, and compete in real match environments. They don’t travel across the
world to stay within the same groups – they train alongside local players, learning through direct exposure to a different football culture.

About our partnership with Ekkono Football Services Barcelona
Ekkono is a globally respected football methodology and consulting organization that has worked with professional clubs, national federations, academies, and elite players around the world for more than 20 years. Founded by David Hernández and Carles Romagosa, the methodology was developed within the FC Barcelona environment and later implemented at Paris Saint-Germain, where David Hernández helped establish a unified academy development model.
The Ekkono Method focuses on developing intelligent footballers through decision-making, game understanding, scanning, positional awareness, and cognitive training. Rather than relying on repetitive technical drills alone, players learn how to interpret situations, solve problems under pressure, and consistently make effective decisions in real match environments. Rooted in the principles of high-level Spanish football, the methodology emphasizes understanding the game just as much as technical execution.
This philosophy strongly aligns with the vision of European Football Training (EFT). Like Ekkono, EFT believes player development should go beyond isolated repetition and instead focus on developing intelligent, adaptable players through game-based learning and real football situations. Both methodologies emphasize decision-making, awareness, positional understanding, and helping players understand not only what to do, but why they do it.
